Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

All appointments, workshops, consultations and retreats must reserved in advance of appointment time. We request that all paperwork be completed 24 hours in advance to your appointment. This will aid us in providing the most comprehensive service for you. All reservations are non-transferrable. All service must be paid for in advance or at time of treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We required 24 hour notice of cancellation of all appointments and workshops. Full fee for all services cancelled will be charged if less than 24 hrs notice is given. Deposits for all retreats are non-refundable. Refund schedule for retreats will be given at time of booking.

CHECK-IN:

Please arrive 10 minutes before scheduled service time.
